2 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

3 tbsp olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Spread evenly on a baking sheet, cut side down.

Roast for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.

Sprinkle Parmesan over hot sprouts and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
Tip: Add chopped bacon before roasting for extra flavor!
