Garlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Serves: 6 | Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 25 min

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halvedGarlic Parmesan Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet, cut side down.

  4. Roast for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.

  5. Sprinkle Parmesan over hot sprouts and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.

Tip: Add chopped bacon before roasting for extra flavor!
