Here’s a one-pot creamy chicken Alfredo recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 lb fettuccine pasta
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden, about 5-6 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic, and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Add uncooked pasta.
  4. Bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Cover and cook for 10-12 minutes until pasta is tender and liquid is mostly absorbed.
  5. Remove from heat. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce is creamy.
  6. Let stand for 2-3 minutes to thicken. Garnish with chopped parsley.
